Support Levels
For educators and non-profit youth development staff, we offer training, support and evaluation based on your needs. You'll receive support and training in working with youth, social change, coaching vs. mentoring, facilitation and listening skills, all based on executive and life coaching concepts. This incredibly rich training provides expertise on increasing thriving in youth focusing on encouraging and developing a growth mindset in youth as well as goal setting and identifying their sparks to inspire future success.
With the Affiliate Model, you're a close partner to GFC, and we provide on call support from our program staff, in person training for your volunteers and staff, and evaluation you can use with your funders to show results. If you want less training and pre-determined office hours for support with some evaluation tools, we have a Partner Model that provides a two-hour webinar for staff and volunteers.
As always, we recommend two coaches per team of 5-15 girls to provide opportunities for role-modeling how coaches work together in a positive and real way.

Change Your World Trainings
A great way to introduce social change into your school or community group without committing to a 14 week program, Change Your World Trainings provide GFC staff on your site for up to 2 four-hour sessions that condense our program for large groups of youth.
