Sharna Fey
        


Sharna Fey is a life coach and leadership consultant with more than 20 years experience helping clients define and obtain their goals and dreams.  As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Sharna specializes in training, leadership development, team building, motivational speaking, and partnering with corporations and non-profits to bring coaching to their organizations. Additionally, she maintains a base of individual coaching clients, such as executives, mid-level managers and national experts.

Throughout her work, Sharna uses interactive learning, intention-setting and partnership to coach her clients toward creating their best lives.  She believes that every part of one's life is interconnected and that it is possible to obtain fulfillment, balance, confidence, abundance and mastery throughout life and work.

Training Experience:
  • Designed and Trained year-long leadership program for 24 leaders in First Horizon Banks, 2010-2011.
  • Trained over 300 leaders with in Marriott with coaching skills for leadership through the Coaches Training Institute, 2001-2008.
  • Wrote and Facilitated a National Sales Training course to Harrah’s sales associates in partnership with Harmony Coaching and Consulting, 2004.
  • Trained Marriott leaders in behavioral interviewing for approximately 800 leaders, 2000-2008.
  • Designed and delivered course on the diversity with relationship to interviewing and developing people in an organization at Marriot, 2006-2008.
  • Designed and delivered the volunteer training program for GFC, approximately 450 women, 2003-present.

Sharna has partnered with fellow experts to teach coaching skills to thousands of adults, including leaders inside of corporations such as Marriott International, Cisco Systems, IBM and Genentech.  Prior to launching her coaching and consulting business, Sharna was a manager and general manager for Marriott for more than a decade, including three years spent as a national recruiter who helped create the company’s first college-recruiting program.  Additionally, she also has helped develop a coaching model and training programs for national youth advocacy organizations such as Girls For a Change.  A segment of her individual coaching practice is devoted to women who aim to improve their relationships, take their careers to the next level and to tap into their creativity as force in their lives.

Sharna has an extensive education and training from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the nationally recognized leadership training organization Co-Active Space and Washington State University. She is member of the International Coach Federation. Sharna has made San Francisco her home since 1995.
